FAQ

Everything you need to know before naming your memory.

How long does it take?

⌄

Your personalized Memory Portrait will be digitally delivered within 24 hours after receiving your payment, photograph, and complete instructions. Once it’s ready, you can download the high-resolution portrait and print or frame it however you like.

Can I use people or pets?

⌄

Absolutely. Named Memories can be created from photos of people, pets, places, or meaningful moments. For the best result, choose a clear photo with good lighting and a visible subject.

Can I personalize the memory name?

⌄

Yes. The name is what makes your portrait uniquely yours. You can choose a beloved name, nickname, date, place, phrase, or anything else that gives the memory special meaning.

Can I order a printed copy?

⌄

Yes. A professionally printed version is available as an add-on to your digital Memory Portrait. You can add a printed version for an additional $7 with a one-time purchase, or $5 per print with a membership.

How does the Named Memories Membership work?

⌄

For $9.97/month, members can create up to 4 personalized Named Memories during each monthly billing period. Unused Named Memories do not roll over. Membership automatically renews monthly and can be canceled anytime. Members can also order professionally printed copies for $5 each.
